Sewing class #5

a fresh Sunday morning
with great daylight to take pictures

~ smile ~

I finished the cosmetic bag I started in class last week
not that easy, including the lining and zipper, but I did finish it
and again: learned a lot


the challenge of the week
is this WIP pillowcase that measures 40x60 cm
out of some left over pieces and an old sweater in the middle


I am happy about the look of it so far
now let's see if I can attach the back to it this week

more about the crochet blanket (almost finished!) and some boyfriends'grandma- items in a few days

    It is so much fun following your learning to sew! Isn't is wonderful to add something more to your creative knowledge? I wish I would make more time to sew...love the colors for the pillow case....good job with the cosmetic bag...keep up the fantastic work and keep us posted!
